June Boyle

June is a trusted adviser to CEOs, executive teams and boards navigating transformation, disruption and long-term growth.

With a background in international leadership across oil and gas, financial services and telecommunications, June brings deep expertise in organisation effectiveness, cultural change and strategic HR. Her global career has spanned M&A, workforce transformation, leadership development and enterprise-wide programmes to build performance and resilience in complex, fast-evolving environments.

June has built a successful portfolio career as an independent adviser, coach and facilitator,  partnering with senior leaders across sectors to drive meaningful change. 

She has 12 years of governance experience at Edinburgh Napier University, including four years as elected Chair.

June is internationally recognised for her work in executive and team coaching, strategic performance and transformational leadership, and is often called upon for high-impact consulting assignments with purpose-driven organisations across commercial, not-for-profit, NGO, and philanthropic sectors. 

Known for her warmth, insight and ability to challenge constructively, June brings a rare combination of deep sector knowledge, strategic clarity and people-first leadership. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and a PCC-accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.
