Leona brings over 15 years' experience across corporate communications in the offshore energy sector, having worked with oil and gas operators, government regulators, energy technology companies and economic development organisations. 

She approaches every engagement with a collaborative mindset, building strong, enduring relationships with clients and stakeholders to align communication strategies with broader business goals.

Prior to joining Aspect, Leona held senior communication roles at Chevron, ROVOP, and the North Sea Transition Authority. Her experience spans strategic communication, media relations, external affairs and issues management.

At Aspect, she leads our Communication team, and delivers high impact programmes that help organisations build reputation, manage complexity and drive growth. She combines deep industry insight with practical action to create value for clients across the energy landscape.
