Yvonne McCallum

Yvonne brings over 15 years' experience in sales, marketing and communications within complex, highly regulated industries. 

As Company Director at Aspect, she plays a key role in business development and strategic planning, helping to shape the growth of a 100% employee-owned consultancy trusted by leaders in energy and decarbonisation.

Prior to joining Aspect, Yvonne spent over a decade at global pharmaceutical company Wyeth (now part of Pfizer), where she led external relations and communication strategies for a core division, delivering high-impact events, exhibitions and stakeholder campaigns internationally. She also worked closely with government agencies, healthcare policymakers and leading clinicians to launch major products and shape healthcare narratives.
