H2NorthEast is a proposed blue hydrogen production project with the potential to transform Teesside’s energy landscape and significantly contribute to the UK’s net zero ambitions.

Recognised by government as a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project, the project could deliver over 1GW of blue hydrogen - supporting 10% of the UK’s national hydrogen target. The team approached us to create a digital presence that would introduce the project to key audiences, communicate key messages, and support stakeholder engagement.

We structured the site to inform different users - political, regulatory and public through the project’s core themes: hydrogen production, economic impact, infrastructure integration and regional and national significance.

Email capture, downloadable resources, and a dedicated news section make the site a living resource - ready to support future engagement with key stakeholders.

Content flexibility as the project develops

Built on a user-friendly content management system, the site gives the team full control to update timelines, add milestones, publish news and expand content should the project progress through key phases.
